Patrick Cason is a seasoned, hands-on engineering manager with 12+ years of experience building web and mobile applications and 5+ years leading large-scale teams with upwards of 80 members. He is happy working as both a full-stack IC and as a technical manager and codebase architect.
In addition to software engineering, he is also a UI/UX designer: fluent in Figma, Sketch, and the Adobe Creative Suite. The vast majority of his career has been spent freelancing for startups and enterprises in a variety of industries: finance, healthcare, human intelligence, data science, music, entertainment, and civics.
